Our student council is the voice of the students, and we do lot of different things.
Student council members are optimistic people good listeners. We enjoy making school reflect the positive interests of other students. We like to have fun and want to help make school fun for everyone.
Student council is responsible for:
- advocate for student issues and amplify student voice in decision making
- host discussion forums to discuss student issues and provide advice to school decision makers
- organize student elections, youth advisory, grade and PAC representatives
- plan spirit events like PJ Day, Western Day, Costume Day, Dances
- create fun assemblies & celebrations (air-band contest, talent show,…)
- organize school teams (red hearts, yellow diamonds, green clubs, and blue spades)
