Dear students and families,
This year, one of our school goals is increasing the positive, inclusive culture at GFSS. We work on this goal every day and this past week we certainly saw this positivity in action. On Friday, hundreds of students filled our bleachers to cheer and celebrate the staff versus students – indoor soccer match. Everyone enjoyed this time immensely and we are grateful to all our students and staff who helped make it happen. We were united in joy–loud and proud to be at GFSS!
This coming week, we continue to cheer our athletics at GFSS (and on the road), enjoy drama performances, and importantly dive deeper into the powerful learning experiences that grow our community in a positive way.
Two more things: please plan ahead for our upcoming winter gear swap; and we’d love to have you join our PAC meeting this Monday in person or virtually using this link.
